Just like to say Slothball never ceases to impress me with costumer satistfaction.

I ordered a red shocker barrel, but the red barrel advertised was actually blue.

Rather than just apoligising alot for being wrong they also offered to anno it to any colour I want free of charge.

Not alot of places would go out the way to keep costumers that happy.

Lol sloth are awsome guys, i had my star frame annoed to match my red/black ego, the fade they did on the star frame matched the body of the gun better than the stock frame did!

If we do make a mistake we'll do whatever possible to make up for it, customers are far more important to us than individual orders

We've now done the mother of all stock takes to try and ensure this doesnt happen again.

I never want to count anything ever again!

i used to do stock takes in a motorcycle shop, now imagine if you will, how many nuts and bolts you can possibly find in a workshop..........

Nah nah, stock takes at RS Components..... My eyes were bleeding by the end of a day..... I didnt know it was possible to have so many different types of elastic bands....
Thank god for Radio 1 to keep us going.
