OK this is the big announcement we wanted to make on 1st Feb but an unfortunate combination of my holiday followed by a death in the family meant I couldnt finalise things till this weekend... anyway...
THE BIG GAME WILL BE PLAYED AT BASSETS POLE.
Due to the size the Big Game has become and the fact that the shape of our Cosford site is restrictive we have decided that the BG will in future be staged at a range of venues around the country (ala Wayne Dollacks scenarios games in the US) - starting with WDPs Bassets Pole (Birmingham) site this year. We have full access to the existing WDP site and to parts of the ex NTF site attached - and WDPs existing installations will be incorporated into the NY Boroughs for THE WARRIORS. The shape and size of this site will greatly enhance the scenario.
You may have noted that we have been conspicuous by our silence re the BG up till now, and now you know why!
If anyone who has booked does NOT want to play THE WARRIORS due to the venue change we wil be pleased to refund your deposits - For the rest who havent booked, get em in now as things are really gonna hot up now and requests for specific gang mmberships are on a first come first served basis!
Mailshots to our database will go out this Friday and the game booklet (scenario, maps, rules etc) will be ready in 2 weeks.
