Nah, if you want to grill sausages cut them up into 2/3 inch slices, skewer them with chunks of onion, pineapple, prawns, and banana peppers. Then brush all of it with olive oil, glaze thinly with creole mustard (honey mustard will do if you can't find creole), and dust with Zatarain's creole seasoning or if you can't find that use tandoori marsala seasoning. Then grill those for about 10 minutes total.
