better distance

i have a ex smartparts team spare gun.
it was never used by them. it have the internals tweked!
but i want to know how to get better distance out of it any suggestions

well as long as you got the right freak insert in......distange will change with your velocity. thats about it.....was in PGI a while back.

I thought the Impy and Cocker had the best distance anyway?

cockers yes,but all immpys ive seen have poor accuracy at range

i was woundering if the LRP kit made any difference!
i use the right insert and the dwell is set right but to hit some targets you have to arc about 15-20ft and that has no accuracy.
i also (although very infrequently) suffer from first shot drop off.
it rolls out the barrel. then it back to normal.

I noticed at the BG2K2 that an Eclipse Impy we were swapping around our band (Delta Green) had a very arched trajectory too - perhaps this is where people think certain markers have better range - in effect they are firing the same distance but on a flatter trajectory??
