Well, i generally pull the trigger, but you can do it however you like 
I use my middle finger and shoot fast, then let the bounce take over.
As for setting it up, just keep changing different things to how you want it.

As for shooting it, I find walking the trigger with middle and index fingers is the fastest way But you can get some mean bounce doing single finger

guys the only way to shoot the eblade is to walk that trigger....
as for bounce watch it those millenium marshalls they will be all over you like a rash....

Personally, I like to laugh out loud like a madman when shooting my Eblade. Constant screaming with brief pauses to catch your breath and reload your hopper will guarantee victory. Drooling is optional but very effective...

I found with the e-blade that trigger adjustment makes a lot of difference as to how fast you can fire it.
I spent a good couple of hours getting the pull down to about a 1mm and then I could walk it ridicoulousy (sp!) fast.
The e-blade manual actually gives some good info as to how to fine tune the trigger, but you will also get a far quicker set up by reducing the ball in breech settings right down (the amount of time it pauses waiting for a ball to enter the breech etc). Again, info on how to do this is in the manual...
