best way to defrost bread rolls

mods delite if you want if it is not enough the weekend.
right, my parents are out and i need to make sandwich's for tomorrow at the nspl- <i'm just watching> (too cheap to buy at the food places) really quickly. i have bread rolls but i've just taken them out the freezer. whats the best way to defrost them quickly! i need to know soon!!!!!

microwave aha! btw does it have to petrol or can it be deisel?

deisel will do fine

Diesel will work but you need to heat it up first before it will burn properly.

And it leaves an oily after taste on the bread.
