Best tournament or series

you've participated in and why?
Just to get the ball rollin' my fave was that nail-biting tilting match some years ago at the Renaissance Festival held annually in Michigan. I remember it like it was yesterday. The cheers of the crowd, wearing mi'lady's token, the pounding hooves and shattering lances--
Oh, hang on. That should probably be restricted to pball tournaments, shouldn't it?

This is my first year of tourney ball so I dont think Im that qualified to answer... however.... I have played in the MM series and I played at campaign and I have to say whilst the MM series is fun and well run, nothing compares to my first year at Campaign and to be honest I dont think I will ever go to a tourney and get the same "buzz" It was hard work, exhausting, expensive and there were a couple of hitches... but the atmosphere, the people, the stands and the fields made it so worthwhile... The buzz was similar to playing 'ball again for the first time. I cant really specify one particular thing that made it so great to be honest, sorry.

Toulouse

Without a doubt, Toulouse 2002 was an incredible experience. Everything about this tournament oozed quality and the atmosphere was electric.

Playing paintball was a bonus! What an event...

Well done to Shock III for their 3rd place in the Millenium Novice series - just seen the result in the latest Face Full mag. Well done guys - 1st next year or are you going Am.

i think us going am is still in dispute amongst the team.
but we are deffinatly going to be back next year

the best millenium event for me i think was amsterdam.

even though it rained almost all the time we played more as a team and we had our best result.

So far it`s Campaign, the size, the organisation, the venue, the marshalling, the judging were all pretty spot on

I agree with most people on here when they say that a Millenium Event was the best they have played today. The whole series is the best in the world, and is just going to get stronger and stronger every year.

The best event for me this year has to be Campaign. The fields on Atsroturf were awesome, and as a playing surface I think it was outsanding. The setup was spot on, and the air fills were efficient. Can't wait till next years Series.

My favourite was shoot the rainbow II ran by the midlands masters guys, I enjoyed it more than campaign as we did some winning and beat the rushers !!!
