No disrespect to any other teams intended, but the best team we played against were Hypnotize. Just my humble opinion.

Probably Cyclone, they rocked hard all series. Powertrip and Scalp, and Hellwood were all tough opposition, but i think that if Cyclone had attended Campaign, maybe it would have pushed them to the top of the rankings.
Taking nothing away from Powertrip of course, who are GREAT guys and an amazing team. Probably the best set of guys on any team in the MS this year. And great judges too!

I don't mean to start any crap with this, I'm just curious about the mindset.
If Cyclone would be considered one of the best Amateur teams in Millenium, then why would they register as Novice in the 5-Man, and in Div 2 (Novice) in the X-ball format at the World Cup?
I'm not sure, and I didn't check, but maybe they played in the Am-B class in Millenniums and not the Am class. If that is the case, it makes perfect sense.
And just for the record, Cyclone isn't breaking any rules by entering the Novice class in the US. It just seems strange that they would do so if they have proven to be competitive in a higher classification all year.

because nov/rookie is the only option you have when playing 5man in the WC, there is no Am/Pro level is there?
They wont have played Xball this year, so it makes sense to enter at a low level bearing in mind that they are ovices at Xball format paintball.

The team consists of Cyclone players and people mainly from finnish AMb teams. About the X-ball, have you seen which teams are playing div1? Russian Legion, Dynasty, Strange, Naughty dogs, etc, etc... I think div 2 x-ball is tough enough..

This is a tie between Wombles and Escarmouche. In semi-finals at Max Masters, we beat Wombles with only about 13 seconds left on the clock, and in Toulouse prelims against Escarmouche, we won with only 2 seconds left.
Unfortunately we didn't get to play Hypnotize or Evolution, but I think they would have been tough as well. Just Red also deserve mention. Great team, and probably the nicest guys in Am B this year. 16 for 16 at Campaign says a lot!

KAPP factory. They were better than any of the pro teams we played during the season.
Wouldn't be surprised if they moved up to pro next year.
