...has to be the dudes on the sterling field at Campaign (after they got rid of that french lot)...they were tough but fair if a little too thorough on the chrony...

him and his guys at toulose i have reffed with these guys before i know they are fair and unbiased and as professional as can be.

you guy's know them as bad touch.
