Best place to buy individual boxes of paint?

No way...they often don't use proper couriers and I have been told by a site manager that he has bought paint over the internet & 4/10 boxes were unusable due to bad carriage, and bad handling/treatment originally.
-IMO best to buy paint from a walk in shop like Warped or WDP, or even just onsite...but if you want to risk ebay then you can.

well I decided to take the plunge and try planet's shipping. hopefully they will use decent couriers. trying the new proto paint, should be interesting
If i could do walk in and buy from a shop I would but we don't got no shops in Nor-folk, just faaaarms Plus the walk-on paint aint great and is more expensive than planets best paint shipped

. Just be wary of small shops like Gizmos, and Ebay shops, sorry I wasn't clear, big shops like Planet & Just seem to be good with paint being posted etc .

my paint from ebay was fine draxxus blaze in officail bags no broken paint great condition worked fine

how much can you get 2000 for on ebay? Draxxus Rec or Blaze!
Just remember the carriage as that bumps it right up..
If you live in Caterham some of the time I can drop paint off to you when I'm passing through to London, or if you are going to D7's to train I can get t there also.
