Back in my day we didn't have video games, we did chores, and it...sorry.
The best paintball game ever was GOTCHA, for the original Nintendo system. You used a controller to scroll the screen, and, obviously, the gun for shooting guys. It really was cool, but since that's the only paintball video game I've ever played, I can't honestly tell you if it's the best. Man, that wasn't helpful at all, you're welcome.

I've never played a paintball video game before (the latest vg system I have is a Super Nintendo) but my friend has a game, "High Impact Paintball" and he says it's awesome. I dunno who makes it though. You'll have to do your research.

To be honest there are'nt any paintball video games that are very good.
If you can persuade your parents get them to buy you some P8ntball equipment you don't have as it will alot more fun to actually go paintballing than trying to recreate the effect.
