Best Output Pressure to use on an Etek 3

Just wondering what the recommended pressure would be to use on an Etek 3?

Using a Ninja Reg so can be either 800, 700, 550 or 450 PSI

Etek 3 / SL Regulator is best/recommended to be used with a high pressure output.

Thanks but I'm not gonna buy a new regulator, I can take shims out to change the pressure on Ninja Pro however as stated

with ninja pro adjust it down to 550psi should get a few more shots from the tank
