Hello!

I've got a fairly small budget of 150, what do you guys and girls think is my best option for a backup, second hand, from these here wonderful classifieds ;)

No good at valuing second hand gear, so I'm lost :D

Cheers

ETEK1 and if your really lucky maybe an ETEK2..

:)
I would love an ETEK, seems like a good idea, I'll keep an eye out for them, cheers :)

Older Angel will keep you happy mate!
Not really a fan of older Angels, they just don't sit well in my hand, can't really explain it, you know when a marker just doesn't suit you? I've only shot a speed though but it's put me off a bit.

On the flipside, my current marker is an A1 and it's one of the best markers I've ever used, love it. :)

A timmy, shove it in your kitbag and forget about it, when you need to use it, pull it out and it will work whatever the conditions.

I'd just have rather a reliable primary marker...

Get a chrono and small spares kit.
Got a chrono, got a box of spares of pretty much everything and the marker is very reliable, but I still like having a spare, peace of mind :)

I've never had a go with a Timmy - Someone who goes to the Walk-on at Weekend Warriors has about fifty (Slight exaggeration, maybe.)Timmys, maybe I'll finally accept his offer to have a go' ;)
