best method of shipping a marker to france

as title suggests

got a buyer for one of my markers from France, and trying to work out the best way of shipping it, it seems royal mail don't do international delivery for items over 2kg.

has anyone had experience of sending markers to Europe, the restrictions on them if any and the best methods of shipping?

will send up to 10kg and 1.25m long parcels to France in 3 days for £20ish

Royal Mail do International signed for but it is costly.

Cost me £18 ish to send a DM6 to finland. Took 3 days, package was just over 2kg. hope that helps (its was international signed for insured)
