Hi guys, so I bought and invert mini silver/gloss purple as my first marker but I am wanting a mask that goes with it too, and in all fairness a hopper, but I'm unsure as to where to head from here. I've got a couple of ideas by googling stuff but not really given much thought to practical and most importantly affordable ideas. Any recommendations??

Second hand rotor is always a good option, there reliable, easy to maintain and you get on for £85 second hand... Regards the mask..... Ideally you want something that's comftable, if you can get down to your local site and see if there's anyone there with a rotor or mask and ask if you can try it out, a lot of ballers are happy to help (at least that's what I have found)

Cool. I''ve heard a lot of good things about the I4s but never tried one. The problem I've got is that I wear glasses so trying to find one that fits over my head and glasses is going to be a task in itself. A few people said that eflex and sly profits were good for room and comfort.

I wear glasses and have used most goggles.. currently favourites are the VIOs

As has been suggested, get to a walkon or your nearest shop and try a few. Goggles are a personal choice and you need to wear them before purchase to be confident it is the right choice

re: loader - any electronic loader will do. how often will you play?

I'm going to be playing as often as possible and going to attempt to get to as many events as possible.

Fair enough and that is probably the sentiments for most paintballers! ;)

The reasoning behind the question is that if you are an infrequent player on a tight budget then suggesting a loader that costs over half your marker price wouldnt make sense (assuming youve got a Mini GS etc)

Buying a Virtue Spire will be a good choice... robust, easy to field strip, reliable, copes with reballs. Make it one of the best on the market. A Dye Rotor is a good alternative unless you want to shoot reballs

However you will still be able to use a loader half that price without issue.... so I would suggest you consider a cheaper loader to allow you to spend more on actually playing. You can always upgrade once funds allow

There is little point owning the most expensive kit if that restricts the actual game time you can afford!

First of all, you DONT buy a Mask to suit the gun, everybody is different, large and small, then you`ve to think what type of Paintball your going to get into, Woodsball or Tourney, If it`s Woodsball then it doesn`t matter as long as It`s comfortable on you , If It`s for Tourneys then you need to think of flexible rubber on the front to help keep you in the game as sometimes the balls bounce of them ( sometimes ) also if your going to become part of a Team then they may ask everybody to have the same ? according to Sponsors that may insist you wear / use their stuff, always check with the Team First before buying Anything as you might just find you Can`t use what you`ve got, then have to sell it to comply. . . The E-flex or a Pro flex is a very good mask for any type of Mode.
Now ask yourself what style you want to play ? then either go to a Walk on Woodsball site where you`ll find most will help you with everything you require or find a Team that`s playing Tourney and ask what THEY need to do ? every Team is different and have different requirements , So check first !! You may find that you Wont be able to shoot that lovely gun you just bought.
If you don`t do any of the above then you could just be throwing your money away. . . . Bluey - Teams :- Care Bears
