A microfibre cloth and warm water with a bit of washing up liquid for the outer. On the inner lense nothing but warm water and microfibre. The reason for this is manufactures put a special anti-fog coating on the inner lense so the less you touch it or use any chemicals on it the better, as it all helps to ware it away.

As frenchy says - on the inside use the absolute minimum.

Just water & a microfibre. If the anti fog begins to fail at a later date use something such as cat crap on the inside as anti fog (the branded product, not literal cat crap)

On the outside also try to just use water
Carry two microfibres. One wet, one dry
Clean paint off with the wet, and a quick buff with the dry

The kind of cloth you get with glasses are amazing for buffing, Lint free cloths all the way, don't use normal tissue, I found it can cause small marks to stay and even scratch.
