best ion settings

also is it standard?
ROF wants to be on "0"(the lowest setting gives the highest ROF iirc. well on blackheart it does)
dwell if its standard wants to be at what you prefer/feel comfortable with. so between 46 and 56 maybe? stock it comes out the box at around 52 blips from bottom
with a QEV drop it down to around 20-28ish
with a QEV and light bolt you could probably drop it down to 15ish.
