Best Hammer & Valve

I am looking to upgrade my hammer and valve. I have seen numerous kits and valves. I was thinking of maybe a shocktech phat hammer and a 3:16 valve. I was wondering what is the best spring kit also. Let me know what you guys use and if I am way off track on these upgrades or do I even really need to upgrade these.

Consider the Rex kit from Belsales/planet. Fitted in the Evo`s and Eclipses they work supperbly plus don`t have to remove the cocking rod to adjust the velocity.

Comes with a slsction of springs to.

Beware of hammer kits where you don't remove the cocking rod to adjust the velocity. Those can be a beiotch to extract if you need to get to the valve. As for valves, I currently run a Rat 3:16, but may in the future run a MacDev RED or Maddman Rocket. Hammers, well, are hammers...AKA and Shocktech like in every other Cocker department pretty much rule the roost. Springs? Get the standard Nelson red-blue-yellow-green and the Maddman kit and see what combination works the best. Usually valves come with springs so start from there and work your way towards perfection.
