Hiya Folks.

It has recently come to my attention that ‘Marco’ has been using our team name & logo on his posts on several Forums, I would like to clarify that he is NOT a member of the team & never will be. I would like to clarify that his comments are his own & he has no association with the team what so ever.

Tiny, at no point on any forum have I said I am a member of THE BERKS.

I am not a member of the team, only a paintballer who follows his local team.

I spend alot of time at work on the computer so am able to browse this and many other forums during the day.

I do not feel I have ever said anything against THE BERKS or any of the people who play for the team.

I have marshalled alongside you and many of the other team members at rental days and at league tourneys and was also invited to your X'mas drink by the team co owner.

I will not be posting again on the team forum but will still be watching to see how the team do at the various tourneys you attend as I still consider some members of THE BERKS if not freinds then fellow ballers.

Yeah mate, well said, How you should have learnt your lesson the first time.

Marco, I don't know the full story and I don't want to get involved, But a little support / interest in the team is in someways better than none.

Sorry but what would you think if you found out someone was using your team name and logo, you'd think they were a cheeky fvcker, makes sense to me. I apologise dude and wont jump to conclusions til I've heard from both sides in the future (yeh as if i will )
