Just a heads up, if your tank is DOT tested then you shouldn't be using it in the uk, some sites you can get away with it at, but others can be very strict. Make sure that if you pick up a new tank that it is Pi stamped.

I meant PI not DOT. Sometimes i get confused The last people to test it were HPAC and i dont think they can even test to DOT.

But cheers for the heads up. Its something i need to remember to look out for when i get another one.

That being said, where do everyone send their tanks for testing when they need them? Im not sure of anywhere too local.

NPF send it off to HPAC and get it tested for £20-£30 I believe. Bets thing to do is give them a call.

Yeah, thats where i got it done last time, cost £25 plus the postage each way as i remember. I'll give them a buzz, just wasnt sure if they were still in business / testing tanks.
