Beaks, wonder if you can tip me the wink with this one, had probs with my ergo creeping and other stuff which you help me try and sort recently

new issue!

I have bought a Black Magic Reg and Geddon air system for my Eclipse cocker, so how do I go about setting these up,

The BM looks like the ergo so I guess I screw the bottom screww all the way in and work out over ?

What about the geddon, what sort of pressure do I want going into my cocker ? any ideas? if it is truned up too high initially it wont blow my internals will it ??

Thanks mate

Oh my....:D

Geddon - set it to around 500psi

Black magic reg - I believe it is identical internally to the Ergo, although I've not taken one apart. If so then yup, treat it the same as the ergo.

I would start with the geddon at 500psi and the BM reg at 0psi. then up the ergo using the setting the regs method that was in the other thread. Setting them that way will give best efficiency and consistancy but if you want a quick fix and can't be bothered doing that, then starting at an input of about 300psi from the BM is a good bet (it is an Eclipse isn't it?)

EDIT - oh and as long as your BM reg is in between your geddon and your gun then it will blow first before your gun does (and that will happen about 1000psi it will bleed out of that side hole)

Bugger !

I was under the impression that the regs were a littel more consistent, did not realise it is only comestic !, never mind, it looks nice and worth the xtra £10 I paid after selling my ergo.

What about teh Geddon system? Thats my biggest worry! I assume its the fitting on the end of the reg body that adjusts the output pressure?

Shoulda gone for the AKA sidewinder, every marker I've seen em used on is extremely consistant! ;)

The sidewinder's only an inline reg mate!

I don't think you'll see a cocker in my hands again any time soon!

but then, you never know.....

Naa if I was gonna do closed bolt it'd eaither be a featherlite Excaliber or wait for the new shocker. :)
