ok, i may have found another cheap supplier of batteries, but im a little confused, ive found one set of 4 AA batteries quite cheap, they are extra heavy duty greencell, but then for 2 and a half times the price, they have super alkaline AA batteries, whats the difference between these???

"Heavy Duty" doesn't necessarily mean alkaline - and alkalines are the ones u want. Don't get me started on battery technology...

If you have a Sainsbury/SavaCenter near you go have a look..my SavaCenter has 20 SONY Alkaline AA's for £2.99.

If not, planet do Procell's pretty reasonabl

can also get alkaline 9v's for about 90p each
