"Plop" Sorry did I say that out loud! Have a look for secondhand stuff on the classified section of these forums or try www.planeteclipse.com they sometimes have second hand barrels for sale, even boomsticks sometimes.

What marker is it going on?
What paint do you normally use?

Is it for woodland or tourney?

Basically it really depends on the answers to the above questions.

may be this will help........

I use a smartparts freak barrel on my impy and it is brilliant. You can change the inserts to suit your paint and also change the front.
I realise this is a little pricey but chek the classified section as there is always some barrels for sale.

Save up the money and get a freak. It's worth it just so you can get a good paint match on the day you play.

Another option is to buy a bizerk barrel. They are cheaper than the freak and the inserts are stainless steel instead of aluminium.
