Hi i think im buying a red invert mini for my first gun (hoping its good) and was just wondering if I should get a new barrel for it. I was originally getting an electra so i bought a UPZ GLADIUS barrel which looks really great and it is very cheap, I was wondering what oyu thought of that barrel, There is an accuracy test of it on youtube.

If not, What barrel should i get for 1)performance2)looks3)price.

:p;):rolleyes::p;):rolleyes::p;):rolleyes::p

i think the mini is cocker threaded and so there are LOADS of aftermarket barrels you could get for it. a lot of it is down to personal preference on looks and weight but i have recently been enlightened on bore sizes and the effect on accuracy.

for performance i would suggest something like the sly barrel kits or a freak kit as you can change the backs to have a bore size closer to the size of the paint you are using, however this can be quite an investment.

for looks, probably a red dye ultralite or a carbon fibre barrel as i think they look the don.

for price, i would just have a look around the forum or post a wanted thread for autococker threaded barrels and put a price range up to see what responses you get.

hope this helps

I own an invert mini, first shoota i ever feel in love with.

I have never bought a new barrel for it, but for price I would say get a Un1tech barrel from
http://www.paintball-equipment-online.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=523

For looks and performance I would say a 16" Freak kit, because they look ace, and with a choice of differant bore sizes that you can pick and choose to the days paint you will always be able to get the right size for very good consistancy.

This is a new one, From bz paintball i have found this 'Python Compression System - CockerThread' this truly looks like a great deal for the money, you don't need to buy a full barrel kit as I believe that this system screws into the back of the barrel which in turn screws into the mini, brllient idea but haven't seen it in action. BZ's website is:

Mini's are cocker threaded :)

Best of luck!

I own a Mini and would recommend a Invert NiteStick. There look so nice and with a 693 bore so nice and big and its carbon fibre aswell.

I got my mine from Lips at £35 all in Bargain but there have been a few on here.

Hope this helps
