Barrel ...please help

hey guys got a bit o a problem ... well might not be

i ordered a Smart Parts progressive 16" barrel from XXXXPaintball they accidently sent me a Smart Parts All American 16" barrel ....

Can some one please tell me whether they have sent me a better or worse barrel than i have asked and been charged for.
