Barrel kits

Im thinking of looking into getting a decent barrel kit for my cocker for this season and I was wondering what people could recommend? Im not looking to spend too much and im definately to look to buy second hand. I was thinking of either Freak or Pipe systems but im open to other ideas, I dont know all that much about any of them (obviously Freak uses inserts etc) but if anyone had any advice for me, that would be great

yeah id heard that they were good and read a few reviews and they seemed good. About how much do you reckon they go for second hand?

You're looking at around £70-80 I reckon. It seems like a lot, but once you've got them (especially cocker thread) you're sorted. No Inserts, no messing.

Not as easy to get but when found, a cheaper and better barrell in general

MacDev Matchstick all the way. Best performing barrel out there (IMO and I've tried many) and for a great price. But..you'll have a hard time finding one in the UK.
