TL : No, it just neans you need to find someone with more birthmarks / moles than you have, and put them behind you. Think if it as "Natural ink".

PS I will add one little proviso to Twisty's comprehensive answer and that is, the opposing front guys should not be the only target for your back players on the break out as their back players who are sweetspotting off the break are also bone fide targets to aim for.
After all, nail a couple of them, and you got front players to deal with who have no support....like lambs to the slaughter baby, lambs to the slaughter !!!

My apologies Liz, I have to say, I was blissfully unaware of an all girl team making the semi finals, an event that parallels the second coming of Christ in my opinion
