Right first off i have a shocker 4x4 with wermstick trigger
The cost of this marker to me was £300 second hand + £200 trigger etc.

Next:I am thinking of getting a e-blade on air at some time next year gonna be spending like £1500.

But the big question that i have is SPEED! and is it all techno shiny hype, what i mean is ive watched the e-blade movie clip from planet and the clip is like 23 seconds long now jack does slow down say 5 secs for a couple of slow shots but its still no way doing 20 B.P.S and i doubt any other marker can either in semi SO whats the Point

Ive Just shot a full Hopper revy with my marker (SHOCKER) timed it and it took me 29.5 secs to empty thats like 6 B.P.S and i stopped for a few secs well slowed down so again whats the point

Is it all really to do with showing off your new shiney things:D

Any feed back would be good just set me straight TECH heads:)
I dont wanna waste 1500 sheets if its just to look good

Ok a marker that is capable of shooting 30 bps will be easier to shoot quickly then a marker set at 13 bps.
I can hit the bps limit of my impy with the eye off this is 14 bps.
With the eye on I dunno what my max rof is I've still got to try and record it.
A high rof IS an important part of the game.

Hope that helps,

Paul.

Hi there paul
i get what you mean that the more balls you can shoot the better for lanes and stuff....but i still have yet to see a gun empty a hopper in like 13 secs thats what it would be at 14 bps..

So as for 20 or am i missing the point m8??

well if I could record a video I'd show you lol! :D :D
K 20 is probably not possible at least I've never seen it on a bps counter.
Aren't the shockers bps capped quite low? that may be the reason you can't get a very high rof cos 6 is pretty crap mate :p:)
If you understand that a marker set at 20 bps is easier to fire quickly then the same marker set at 13 and you understand the need for a lot of paint in the air for lanes and sweet spotting what don't you get?

One way to look at it is that a standard revvy can feed at around 12 bps, but loads of people are getting systems like the Halo 'cause they are outshooting their revvys.
I know I don't shoot consistently at a very high rof, but now and again I will outshoot the revvy with my vision Impulse.
You wat to see very high bps - watch someone like Phil Webb with his Impulse. I've seen a video clip of him showing off the new Halo & it's really awsome!

a high rate of fire is ok:D but if you carnt hit what your shooting at then there aint no point really. Your looking for accuracy more than BPS and thats mainly down to having a stable firing platform and good paint to barrel cosistancy.

No mate, your assuming if someone can fire fast, their gonna be inaccurate......because after all, they cant have the best of both worlds can they?

Well yes they can, with practise, anybody can fire very fast and just as accurately as some fool firing warning shots at them! Plus, we all know that pballs aint like real bullets, how many times have you fired that crucial ball only to miss by mere centimeters? If your firing 14bps or whatever, that shot that missed has another 13 right behind it......therefore you have a much greater chance of hitting yur target. Sall about the fingers baby:cool:

Right what i am trying to say is how the hell can your finger pull a swith/ optical trigger 16 to 20 time a sec thats like OMFG its not normal look he snapshot for 1 second and shot twenty balls at you lol you never see it more like he,s out for a sec and shoots 3 to 8 balls or 2 secs for 15 to 20 balls !.....

Tell you what get some one 2 time you, stand there no paint just air..and fire bet you cant pull the trigger m0re than 8 times a second forget a hopper load just time yourself for a second at a time no way a human can pull a trigger 20 time a second!

Now maybe when these markers are set in fully auto its capable of the firing mechanisim to oparate 20 times a seconds:confused:

Sorry Mr Admins/Mods did not realise where i posted this thread cant even remeber now ooops SOZ!

I average around 12-13 without paint :)

Next time we meet, i'll lend you my bushy, you will see hwo easy it is.

Anyway, just let people realise that when they are shooting 16bps, they are wasting 64p each second ;) (average)
