Ok as the title says I have the azodin and have only had chance to use it on one full day, the second time i used it it started double feeding, and then slowly progressed to going fully automatic.

I have tried everything including playing around with velocity... the Zero system... checked all the o-rings and they look all good, I am not sure if there is an issue with the trigger frame or not (the bolt not catching), but was hoping you guys might have some insight on the issue.

daft question but is there plenty of air in the tank (could be there isn't enough gas getting through the blowback to catch the sear resulting in the noise you hear when a tippmann is out of gas), if yes it could be the sear is worn down (unlikely unless its done many, many cases of paint), is the sear / hammer swimming in grease (if so it could cause it to slip or could be slowing the bolt / hammer down as it comes back to recock).

Could be the seal on the hammer letting too much of the gas escape and preventing it from travelling far enough back to recock. (as per the video), also check the grip frame is tight to the body of the marker - if there is a gap this could also prevent it from catching.

Hi, you do,nt say if kaos d is new or not, but have you emailed tech@azodin? I bought 2 kaos d,s and had a couple of quality control problems, so i emailed tech@azodin in taiwan who replied same day, gave me advice which solved probs straight away and offered to send spare parts if needed free of charge. I can,t praise them enough. Nearly forgot keep an eye on zero adjustment screw its got habit of undoing its self, but couple rounds of thread tape solves it. Hope this helps
