Average time before being able to post in classified and reply on threads

Not a Noob but only thread that seemed correct. Joined a while back but never used the site as couldn't post anything. What's the average waiting time on being able to post and reply it he classifieds?

It's based on your number of posts in other threads. It can't just be spam though - it needs to be something that contributes to the community!
