1) You must have a 75X75 pixel image.
2) Go to USER SETTINGS.
3) Then Click on Edit Options.
4) Scroll down to the bottom where it says Avatar.
5) Click Yes and then Click the Change Avatar Button.
6) Find your Image.
7) Upload and you are done!
Now NO More questions!

Ok 1st what ever image you are using open it in Paint or Kodak Imaging is even better in there you can resize it to 75X75 pixels then save as JPG. Worse comes to worse send it to me I will hook it up and send it back so you can up-load it to your avatar.
If you have saved a file as a jpg, but the system says that it ain't, check to see if the file's name ends with .jpg or .JPG, this can make a difference. When you have selected and entered the file in the little box, just use the cursor buttons to change JPG to jpg. This can make a whole world of difference on some of these systems, but your computer will still be able to find the file.
