how do i get an avatar i have a pic but what program do i upload it from?

nice and easy this one its under user settings you need to click use custom avatar and click on browse. then find the avatar on your p.c. and then upload it to the server baring in mind it can be no bigger than 15k or 75 x 75 pixels
