Automatic refresh????????????

Do the boards have a way of automatically refreshing themselves cos whenever i come back to the forum page now new messages are available. I have to go the Forum (eg Tournament) and then jump to it using the drop down menu at the bottom left hand corner of the page!!!!!!

Help please as it's getting on my tits!

Are you by any chance on AOL.
I find the only way you can surf the site correctly is to delete all temp internet files from your computer before visiting the site.

Theres a cache option in IE that you have to set to in tools --> general in the temp int files bit, choose settings and make it everytime. See if that helps
