Yep, the belsales ones are good, but you might have to adjust the positions of your qev's (can't quite see if you've got some). I found the stock one on my old cocker was fine though; a lot smaller, and more than capable of keeping up. Have a search on the forums or keep your eyes out for people selling their old spares.

Don't think eclipse sell them any more. Very easy to remove/fit, if you're handy with a spanner, you just pull off the low pressure with some needle nose pliers (be gentle), and it should unscrew from the front block.

Pretty much. Obviously don't do it with the marker gassed up. Maybe a little hard to undo if it's been threadlocked in, but not immoveable. Just make sure you use good quality tools and maybe something to protect the metal (I used to use a small piece from an old mouse pad). You can threadlock (NOT superglue) it back in place if you want, but I never found it necessary.
