Autococker Tech?

Does anyone know any where that I can get a System X Xonix serviced?
It hasn't been used for quite a while and I wan't to get it serviced for my friend, before he starts playing properly with it.
There is one persistent thing nagging me... The gun either seems not to fire or to chop the first ball. Any ideas?

P.S. Make it simple please! I have never owned a 'cocker myself or had any real experience with them

cockers will never fire the first ball as its closed bolt and needs to load a ball into the breech

is the xonix a mech or system X's go at copying the E-blade?

System X's copy of an E-blade. I have timed the back block and cocking rod so I will give it a go later on.

throw it into factory fast mode see if that can iron any probems out

It is a lot better now we timed the back block and cocking rod but were shooting it now on just under 1000psi left in the tank and one third of the battery left but it was shooting for a bit then not cocking, so we re-cocked it and it worked for a bit e.t.c. Is this just down to low battery and not much air?

Try upping your LPR a quarter turn or so, fresh battery, and if that doesn't work then adjust your hammer lug

My own question was answered, it needed a new battery
