Autococker QEV shear and ram issues

Hi,

Having probems with an autococker. Its leaking air from the ram front QEV. And im not able to figure out what i need to do to sort it.

Once i re PTFC'd the QEV i over tightened the QEV and sheared the barb. Got it out but cant find anywhere who do replacements.

Any help?
