Autococker Problems

My teammate just got a autococker (used and I think it is a '99, but not sure) and he is having problems with it. This is whats wrong:
-he has to cock the back block/cocking rod back before gassing it up, after he shoots it once it leaks very badly down the barrel.
-sometimes, but not all the time, he's 3way leaks out these little bitty holes in the side. it is a dye 3 way.

Any help will be extremely appreciated. Thank You.

Im not entirely sure but I think the 3-way problem might be the 3-ways o rings.
As for the leak out of the barrel, it rings a bell but for the life of me I can't remember what it could be.

haveing to cock it before first shot is normal but it sounds to me like it is not recocking propperly and the cause of this is the usually the timign being out....simple to do if you know how and a twat to do if you dont

3 way leaks are usually downto orings....and dye parts are known for leaks
