Autococker need help

I got give a Autococker and i dont know much about it lol looking at pic i beleive the 3 way value needs replacing i have seen them on the net but dont have a clue on how to change them does anyone have any idea's or knows someone that could help

Just give us a bit more info as to the problem and we might be able to help fix it without replacing anything

if its the 3 way shaft i have a spare that i am not using (upped to E2) also have a stock 3 way but as above what exactly is wrong??

If you email some pics might be able sort you out
