there are two ways,

if it has a rex dialer there will be a small hole in the back block next to the cocking rod which you put an allen key thru.

or

if no rex dialer remove cocking rod and put allen key in where you removed the cocking rod from.

if in doubt see me at the masters on sunday

If you have to remove the cocking rod then it's in for up, out for down. With the Rex (ickle hole near the cocking rod) winding in lowers the velocity, and out increases it. The grub screw drives the main velocity adjuster that bears on the hammer spring, so it goes the opposite way to how you might expect.

ok gotcha on that part, and also while im on the subject the regs, iv been told and read that the hpr should be wound all the way in then out till it has no problems firing i.e lack of air, good recharge at high rates etc etc. and the lpr adjusted just so i can see a slither of my bolt in the feedneck?
