Great News!!!!!! As some of you may already know the import laws for importing semi auto paintball markers into Australia has officially been changed…
To read more go to - http://scaleplus.law.gov.au/html/nu...df/2004No72.pdf
Many people around the country have been working hard to get these laws changed but you have held no small part in these changes by supporting the ANPF and I personally thank you for that!
However as great as these changes are before you go out and order your new marker you must check your state laws as some states will need to have their local laws changed before you can take advantage of this new development.
NEXT MOVE!
The next big move is probably bigger and harder than this issue and is about making it easier for the new comers to the sport to be able to purchase a marker and get started.
In the next few weeks I shall put a proposal together for all of you to have a look at and pass comment on, I think we will still have to have some form of licensing involved but I believe we have to have paintball markers put into their own class not a Category A firearm…. But more on that soon…
What do you need to do!!!... VERY IMPORTANT
To be able to affect any such changes to categorisation the 390 members we have just wont cut it, we really need to get over the 1000 mark… now members do not have to be players, relatives and friends that agree with our plight…
WE NEED EVERY MEMBER TO ENLIST TWO MORE MEMBERS … ONLY TWO FROM EVERYBODY AND WE WILL HAVE NEARLY 1200 MEMBERS….
How hard can that be? Its free to join and we have all know two people that can sign up for us! Come on guys its not hard but it is very important that we get this done…. Anyone can join from any country….
