The X2 retails new with a full warrenty from overclockers for 290 new so 260 is not really worth it but i would be willing to pay 140 for it as thats half of its current price which is only going to crumble as the new 4890 series is out.

Ummm.....no.

I think you're mistaken. The cheapest 4870 X2 at overclockers is £322. So mine is over £60 cheaper.

The 4890 is an overclocked 4870 and ranges from £200 to £240 depending on which model you buy. Plus there isn't going to be an X2 model due to the power requirements.

Your offer of £140 is ridiculous and if that's your budget then would recommend you go and buy an overclocked 4850 or a standard 4870.
