I think the Empire on/off in there has the macro coming out the front of it (similar to the whip in your display photo, presume that's what you want?). See no reason why it wouldn't fit an Ego presuming they use standard rail sizing?

If your Ego is a later one, they use their own T-Rail, which other ones won't fit.

Only ones I know of with Central macro are the new DYE Air Ports or Proto equivalent or...get the Eclipse POPS, which they do in black and it comes with a rail if you needed it, and they are cheaper than the Airport.
