25th May 2008
HARROGATE PAINTBALL CENTRE
Near Knaresborough, North Yorkshire

Last years Armo-Geddon was again won by the forces of Good, but the ultimate judge; Death himself, believes that the fate of mankind cannot be determined so lightly and has decided on a "best out of five" contest! So Death, God and the Devil have agreed to hold another Armogeddon and once again, to save on the mass destruction normally associated with such biblical events, it will be held on a paintball site in Yorkshire. Should you wish to save or decimate your planet you will amass behind your given general, to wage holy war over one day to decide the fate of mankind. Winner takes all!

The game will be decided on points scored throughout the day for controlling territory, defending artefacts, special missions and player eliminations. The main game will run as continual play from 09:30 until 15:00, with a 30 minute non-scoring final battle (ear defenders highly recommended).

A short film of last years event can be found HERE

This year we will again be holding flood lit night games on Saturday night; there will be a one-on-one pistol knockout, a five man scenario team knockout and the usual BBQ. Camping on site is available by prior arrangement only; please get in touch via the Shoreline Paintball contact page.

High pressure air will be available on site in both flavours; 3000psi and 4500psi. There will be 25 fill stations and these will be manned by qualified staff to ensure correct filling. There will be no Co2 at this event but a number of 3k HPA systems can be loaned if required, please get in touch by the Shoreline Paintball contact page to arrange, first come first served.

Upon completion of booking you will receive an e-ticket which is also your registration form; the e-ticket/registration form for each and every player MUST be completed and brought on the day. No ticket = No entry.

The pre-book price for this year's event is £45 per player; on-line booking will close on the 15th of May @ 12noon. UKPSF members will receive £5 worth of free smoke and/or thunderflashes.

A detailed map of the location can be found HERE.

To purchase tickets please go HERE

Please note that the only way to ensure you are on your chosen team is to book in early. The last players to book in will have to switch teams in order to even up the numbers, to avoid disappointment book now!

This week is the last chance to buy your tickets, thank you to everyone who has already bought theirs but please remember to complete the registration form/e-ticket that you were sent, including your booking reference number. This will speed up the registration process and without them there is a chance you will not be admited!

The Pyro team have been very busy the last few days preparing the games final display, as you would expect from a Shoreline event there will be lots to talk about come Sunday evening.

Paint will be available on site; Draxxus Midnight and Proto heatseekers are £25/2000, Draxxus Blaze are £27/2000

Postcode for the site is HG5 0XJ or map can be found HERE

We are now in the last 24hrs of on-line booking, after noon tomorrow (Friday) there will be no more pre-book tickets and pay on day tickets will be considerably dearer than the £45 pre-book price.

Attendance is currently just over 100 and promises to be a great day, see you on the field.

Great day and a close result with flags swinging back and forth all day.

The organisation was great with earth moving pyros and 25 fill rigs for air meaning there were never any waiting around.
