Armageddon Pressure on LCD Matrix and IR3

At the moment i have an armageddon on my LCD matrix, what should the input pressure going into the inline be? Also what should the pressure be going into an IR3?

not what the exact pressure should be but as long as it is higher than the output of the inline reg then you should be ok

Matrix - ~400psi
iR3 - ~650psi
