The paintball industry needs to stop riping people of to be accepted as a real sport, take the paint for example, you see the pro’s using paint and not breaking balls, the novices use the same equipment buy the same brand of paint and get lumbered with the poor quality stuff.
The paint companies won’t let their sponsered teams use **** paint, as it obviously wouldn’t help them sell any of it. But the people who the paint companies earn the money from so as to be able to sponser the big teams are constantly getting ****.
And to top that of, a couple of years ago the paint companies were promising that any one would be able to buy paint at 25 pound a box! if anything its got more expensive. So for our sport to be accepted as a real sport we all need to pull together and not let politics or greed destroy the sport we all love.

Don't blame the manufacturers guys.
The sponsored top teams (mostly) get their paint fresh from the factory. At that time it is still in great condition.
However, by the time a lot of the paint reaches the general public, it has been sitting around for a while. I'll explain.
First, it gets shipped from the factory to the distributor. If you're lucky, this'll be in the same country as you are. If you're unlucky, add a litlle time for international transport.
At the distributor's it gets put in a warehouse. Often these are very cold during the winter months (not good for paint), and very hot during the summer (not good for paint).
From the distributor it gets sold on, mostly to local dealers.
The localdealers then sell it on to the people that sell the paint to you. However, in order to get the lowest possible price, these people order their paint in bulk. Which means they'll end up with enough paint to last them a good number of months. This paint does not get all the loving treatment that paint should get. It just sits there. Growing dimples.
So yes, by the time you get your sweaty paws on the paint, it has been severely knackered. So yes, the paint is crap. But it ain't the manufacturer's fault.

I get my paint as good as factory fresh. Shoots like a dream. Try to get the same done, cut out the middle man. Or if they sell you crap paint, tell them it's crap.
