If ur car is involved in a accident and the insurers find nobody is a fault then the claim goes 50/50.

Does the third party have a right to claim for injurys with one of these stupid no win no fee claims companys.

I need gd solid advice hear, no ball sh!t talk

I dont work in insurance, but yes they do have the right to claim. They'll sue you as a civil matter.

I try to c the gd side in most people, but when u find out they r claiming for everything possible and that they choose not to work then it really gets on my tits.

How can someone claim for 'supposed damages' when the insurance company have settled the matter and have said that the accident was nobodys fault.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

scum?

Tis the world we live in im afraid. They most likely think your solictor will advise you to settle out of court instead of taking it there.

I highly suggest you speak to a proper solictor who can offer you solid advice. It wont be cheap but probably less expensive than paying out.

Well i have legal cover so it aint gunna cost me anything but its the point that these scum bags are able to get away with it.

According to the guy on the phone from the insurance If i ever have a crash again no matter how minor, its straight dwn to the doctors for wiplash etc

And the one other thing that makes this even more anoying is that my car came away with a couple of scrathes and a chipped front number plate
£10 max to replace.

What a fu(king joke
