Of course refs always use some discretion, but lifting a bunker in any way, shape, or form is usually not allowed...now, you can usually get away with stepping on the corner of a bunker if the wind is blowing it up, or kneeling into a bunker to inflate it more so you are tucked in better, and you can shoot under it if you don't have to lift anything (sometimes you can shoot under a snake if someone is tucked in pretty tight and the bunker is a little loose).

you can just imagine it, you are the last man standing. hide under the bunker and wait for them to almost hang your flag, then shoot the remainder of their team while they are all out of cover.....
