Are 04 Autococker barrel thread sizes the same as the more recent ones?

I have found a site that offers 06 freak junior kits at a good price but am wondering if when WGP changed their designes and released the trilogy they changed the thread size on their barrels?

Yeah I have a trilly and a evolution cocker and they are both happy will all the threads of all my barrels.
