AOL question

One of the guys on here has this problem, can you guys help.

He can't receive the password info from p8 talk through AOL, it's being sent but his system won't allow it through.

What needs to be turned off or altered to alow this through.

i think there's a problem with AOL not letting P8nt stuff through. See the e-mail notification problem somewhere on the forums...

AOL have some incredibly harsh anti-spam e-mail rules going on, basically unless you're on their whitelist you're stuffed.

Point him in the direction of mail.yahoo.com or (although I'm loathe to say it, as it's micro$oft) www.hotmail.com

I believe that http://www.gmail.com/ are the current most fashionable free webmail system with a 1GB quota.

Or you could just tell him to ditch AOL as they are **** and swap to a proper ADSL provider, I personally recommend either http://www.zen.co.uk/ or http://www.demon.net/

You can tell you friend that AOL even have a censor built in to their email system that removes messages that they do not consider politically correct, so best to use an ISP who are a bit more trustworthy.

Another qwerk I have is that I can only view P8 on Internet Explorer, I dunno if that may help.
