Anyone work for Talktalk??

Does anyone work on the techy side for talktalk broadband by any chance? I'm having serious issues at home and need it sorted for a week..........

by the way, if anyone ever needs internet at home, don't use talk talk. They're sh*t. They have been sh*t since I first signed up 18 months ago.

TalkTalk are great if they work, but the moment you need to deal with customer support it's hell. I'm with them but luckily I live some tens of metres from the exchange so if we ever have problems then everyone else is having them too; means it tends to get fixed sharpish.

I've had issues with people at work, I'm at the IT guy where I work, and people who use TalkTalk and suddenly been unable to use VPN to connect to the work network at home. TalkTalk decided it would no longer support it as its a business need, not home use.

It's making my life hell as it's always the IT guys fault

if you don't stream a lot of films etc try plusnet (actually now owned by BT), 10 gig a month goes alot further than you might think and its about £20 for line rental and broadband.

Changed to BT. I live in a rural area where all the other providers have to use BT's hardware anyway.

talktalk are the most useless shower of sh*te that i ever had the misfortune to have any kind of dealings with.

As with Lollingsgrad I also live just down the road from the exchange, so any problems are normally fixed real quick and I always get decent speeds

Talk Talk are indeed truly S*ite!

My GF's connection went down and it took them nearly a month to sort it out. They must have call centres in every part of the world apart from the UK.

Im with Plus net and never had any problems with them.
